Quiet area in Wears Valley with easy roads and convenient access to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville to the east, Townsend/Maryville to the west, and the GSMNP less than 10 minutes away via Metcalf Bottoms.

The open concept living area has vaulted ceilings and an expansive kitchen featuring a large island, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and black stainless GE appliances. The primary suite features a king 4-poster bed, en-suite bathroom with tile shower and two separate vanities, and large walk-in closet. Guest room has a king bed, dresser, seating and small desk; third bedroom currently set up as an office/gym with adjustable standing desk, external monitor and all-in-one printer, and Peloton bike. Office will be converted to third bedroom if desired by tenant (negotiable based on lease term, minimum 7 days' notice required). Laundry/utility room with full size washer and dryer, utility sink, and coat rack.

Set on a gently rolling, unfenced lot of nearly 1 acre. Covered back deck and detached storage shed. In front is a large concrete driveway with turnaround for easy in/out and room for multiple vehicles.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The third bedroom is set up as an office/gym with a Peloton bike. UPON REQUEST AND APPROVAL this furniture may be removed and converted to a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a dresser, and nightstand. This option is available at no charge for stays of 3+ months, and requires a minimum of 7 days notice. For stays of 1-2 months it can be arranged for a one time fee of $500, the 7 day notice still applies.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 month stay: NO DEPOSIT required; instead of a deposit, a $240/month damage waiver fee will be applied.
3+ month stay: one month's rent required as refundable deposit. If applicable, $1000 refundable pet deposit will also apply.

30 day minimum stay. Rent negotiable for stays of 3+ months (note that refundable deposit is required for 3+ month stays). Tenants must submit rental application and sign a lease. Owner/Agent.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
