* Dog-friendly (under 30lbs, max 2, $300 fee) – must be housebroken, crated when alone, not allowed furniture
* No animals other than dogs
* No smoking/vaping – $500 fine applies
* NO trailers/RVs (strict HOA policy)
* Children under 2 not permitted due to stairs & water access
* Supervise all children at all times

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
